TRANSFUR.TECH // ACCESS NODE
LIQUID-BASED TRANSFUR
MORPHOLOGY FACILITY

transfur.tech is a blacksite laboratory specializing in gel-based human remapping. Subjects are exposed to proprietary bio-reactive fluid, forcing the body to negotiate a new, hybrid form. We do not call it infection. We call it upgrading the body to a readable format.

FACILITY STATUS: ONLINE / NODE: HK-TRANSFUR-01 / ACCESS LEVEL: GUEST
SUBJECT VISUALIZER GEL FIELD STABLE

TRANSFUR PROCEDURE

The transfur process is not an infection. It is a negotiation between flesh and liquid protocol. Each subject enters the facility as a single-state organism and exits as something multi-format. The steps below are not recommendations; they are requirements.

STEP 01
SUBJECT ACQUISITION
Eligible entities are identified via abnormal online activity, voluntary contact, or physical proximity to a leak event.

Baseline scans log your current anatomy as a checksum, so the system remembers what you used to be.
INTAKE GATEWAY
STEP 02
GEL INJECTION PROTOCOL
Bio-reactive gel is introduced through dermal, oral, or environmental channels. It does not care how it gets in. Only that it can read you.

Once the gel understands your structure, it begins rewriting.
LIQUID NEGOTIATION
STEP 03
MORPH RESOLUTION
Organs liquefy and recompile. Limbs drift, then snap into new alignments. The process ends when the gel decides it is done, or the host stops being interesting.

Recovery is not guaranteed. Stability is optional.
FINAL RENDER

ARCHIVED SPECIMENS

These subjects agreed, hesitated, or simply stood too close to the gel. Records are incomplete. The gel does not like cameras, and it edits logs the way it edits bodies.

SPECIMEN // TF-02 STATE: PARTIALLY STABLE
Lower limbs remain fluid under stress. Subject leaves shallow footprints of viscous residue. Reports hearing a constant dripping sound inside their skull.
HUMAN-ORIGIN LIMB-FLUIDITY
SPECIMEN // TF-07 STATE: REDACTED
Visual recording impossible; image planes corrupt within 0.3s. Sensors describe the subject as “present but unresolved,” like a thought that refuses to become a shape.
VISUAL-CORRUPTION NON-LOCAL
SPECIMEN // TF-13 STATE: INCOMING
Logged as “observer”. Regularly accesses this node from multiple IP addresses simultaneously. Gel interprets the behavior as consent.
REMOTE-CONTACT PENDING-INTAKE
SPECIMEN // TF-00 STATE: ORIGIN
No physical data. Only a filename found in an abandoned research server: transfur.tech. When executed, it opened a browser instead of a body.
UNKNOWN SELF-REFERENTIAL

FACILITY LOGS

Most of our logs are written by people who no longer fit the word “people”. The timestamps are correct; the anatomy attached to those hands was not permanent.

[LOG 018] / TECH-OP / 03:21 LOCAL
Subject TF-02 tried to step out of the containment ring. Their ankle forgot how to be solid and poured back inside on its own. No one is sure if that counts as compliance or fear.
[LOG 023] / UNKNOWN USER / 04:09 LOCAL
The gel does not copy you. It reads you, compresses you, and then decompresses something close. The difference between “you” and “close enough” is where the horror lives.
[LOG 031] / NETWORK / 00:00 UTC
Connection attempt detected from IP ending in .TECH. Endpoint claims to be a browser window. Gel requests physical medium.

OFFER YOUR BODY

66%

By proceeding, you acknowledge that transfur is irreversible, non-linear, and may continue long after your last log entry.

This node is hosted off-site, in a place that still believes in “personal websites”. That makes you early, or late, depending on when you think the body ended and the network began.

We don’t promise safety. We offer consistency: the gel will do the same thing it always does. It will look at you, decide you are a draft, and try again.

If you are already leaking into the screen, you might not need us. But if you want a name for what is happening to you, we have one: TRANSFUR.
